Flapless surgery associated immediately loading.
The flapless surgery associated a computadorized planning provides great precision in the treatement, allowing the confection prosthesis to be installed in the moment of the surgery. Its main advantages include minor
bleed, great comfort, smaller swelling and sped up recovery in the postoperative. The aim of this article is to discuss, trough clinical case, the steps related confection of this rehabilitation.
